Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current plan.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Your documents remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can download them at any time. After 90 days, they're securely deleted unless you reactivate.
Are government fees included?
No. Government fees (ASIC fees, ABN registration, etc.) are charged separately and shown clearly before purchase. These fees go directly to the relevant government agency.
Do unused documents roll over?
For the Essential plan, unused document credits don't roll over to the next year. The Business plan includes unlimited documents, so there's nothing to roll over.
Can I share my account with my team?
The Essential plan is for individual use. The Business plan includes up to 5 team members. Enterprise plans offer unlimited users.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription in full. Individual document purchases can be refunded if you haven't downloaded the completed document.
Do you offer discounts for NFPs or startups?
Yes! We offer 50% off for registered not-for-profits and charities. Startups in accelerator programs may also qualify for discounts. Contact us to learn more.
What's included in lawyer consultations?
Business plan includes two 30-minute consultations per year with lawyers from our network. These can be used for document review, legal questions, or general advice. Additional consultations are available at discounted rates.
