How E-Signature Works

2. Add Signature Fields

Drag and drop signature fields, initials, dates, and text fields where you need them. Assign each field to a specific signer.

3. Send for Signature

Enter the email addresses of everyone who needs to sign. They’ll receive a secure link to sign online.

4. Track & Receive

Monitor signing progress in real-time. Once complete, everyone receives a signed copy with a full audit trail.
