4.3 Business Registration
We facilitate business registrations with ASIC and other government agencies. We:
- Submit applications on your behalf
- Do not guarantee approval (which is at the agency’s discretion)
- Are not responsible for government processing delays
- Charge our service fee separately from government fees
4.4 Lawyer Network
We connect you with independent lawyers who:
- Are not employees of ExaLaw
- Set their own fees and availability
- Are responsible for their own advice and services
- Operate under their own professional obligations
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged in advance
- Pay-per-document fees are charged at purchase
- All fees are in Australian dollars
- Prices include GST unless stated otherwise
5.3 Refunds
- Subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days if you’re not satisfied
- Individual document purchases may be refunded if the document hasn’t been downloaded
- Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable
5.4 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel through your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
ExaLaw owns or licenses all intellectual property in our platform, templates, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the Services.
