Our Mission

Legal services in Australia have traditionally been expensive, complex, and inaccessible to many who need them. We’re changing that.

ExaLaw was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves access to quality legal documents and services, regardless of their budget or legal background.

Our Story

ExaLaw started when our founders—frustrated by the cost and complexity of getting basic legal documents—asked a simple question: “Why does it have to be this hard?”

A simple employment contract shouldn’t cost $800. A privacy policy shouldn’t take three weeks to receive. Understanding your legal rights shouldn’t require a law degree.

So we built ExaLaw: a platform that combines technology, plain-English design, and access to real lawyers to make legal services work for everyone.

Today, ExaLaw serves thousands of Australian businesses and individuals, from solo freelancers to ASX-listed companies. We’ve helped create hundreds of thousands of legal documents and registered thousands of new businesses.

But we’re just getting started.
